~ Slow roast rib eye of beef, grain mustard braised fondant potato, glazed carrots, smoked horseradish cream
~ Seared scallops, creamed potato, black pudding, air dried ham
~ Wild mushroom and brassica ballotine, poached duck egg, truffled hollandaise

~ Blood orange crème Catalan
~Dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline, toasted amaretto marshmallows
