"My stay with you was, as usual, first class. I enjoy using your hotel, which is very friendly, cosy and comfortable. I also found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is first class with lovely food. So too are the breakfasts, with prompt service and a good selection from the buffet. I have stayed in most of the bedrooms at the hotel and find all of them to be very comfortable, clean and extremely quaint. The whole building still has the presence of being someone's very large Victorian home and the information regarding the history of the building is very interesting.

"Marty and I fell in love with Pelham House straight away, which I think is
partly due to the inviting and homely atmosphere as you first enter. There is
a pleasing combination of it feeling like an historic home and contemporary hotel, which is helped along by the generous amount of local art and sculpture to be found everywhere you look. When dealing with our co-ordinator, it is not an understatement to say that nothing was a problem. We were welcomed with a
confident 'can do' attitude, which filled us with reassurance.
During our various visits to Pelham House we noticed very early on that we regularly dealt with the same members of staff, which represents a happy work place, in a world of fast staff turnover elsewhere. On our big day, our co-ordinator was very much behind the scenes but was totally in control. The food sparked many compliments from our guests, stating it was the best vegetarian main dish and best beef dish they'd ever eaten! Compliments to the chef indeed.
Our final point is about the sheer convenience of being able to hold our
ceremony, reception and stay all in the one beautiful venue. We can't
compliment the staff enough and would recommend this venue. In fact, we are
planning a revisit for our one year anniversary."

"We had a fantastic wedding experience with the Pelham House team from start to finish. With only six months to plan a wedding, we were thrilled with the levels of service, attention to detail and support given to us by Abi and Liza. On the wedding day, the team went out of their way to deal with last minute worries, and they were discreetly present during the day and at all key moments to assist the ushers and members of or family. They gave us such confidence and support in the run up to the wedding and on the actual morning of the wedding that we had little to be anxious about... apart from getting through the wedding ceremony and calming our nerves!
Its a great place. The gardens were lovely for photos and during the evening, and the venue is gorgeous with plenty of space for guests to mingle, wander and dance the night away. Our families and friends loved Pelham House and particularly loved the quality of food - we have no hesitation in recommending this venue."

"Thank you for the excellent organisation of our family (Birthday) party evening at Pelham House. The event was arranged with meticulous attention to our detailed requirements.
All our family and relatives were very pleased with the professional service of your staff and most particularly with our appointed "server" for the evening. He was most considerate with the taking of our orders, and wine service, etc., and accommodating any special needs.
The cuisine was highly praised by all our guests. Good, quality food, prepared with many interesting touches.
