Restaurant
Pelham House launched its new restaurant - the new place to be in Lewes; focusing on locally sourced food and mostly organic produce with fantastic gastronomic creations by Head Chefs Peter Winn and Simon Raynor.
The restaurant is set in two of the most historic rooms of the house - the Panelled Room and the Garden Room, both dating back to the 16th century and with beautiful views over our gardens onto the South Downs, the latter is covered in original oak carvings.
The restaurant focuses on locally sourced and mostly organic produce and features simple but delicious creations like the mouth-watering Pan-fried Ribeye Steak or the delectable Butterscotch Parkin Pudding.
When described by the chefs, the food is said to be Classic Modern Dining encompassing British, European and World cuisine.
The restaurant is now opened to the public every day from 12 pm for lunches and from 6.30 pm for dinner.
The number for bookings is 01273488600 or restaurant@pelhamhouse.com.
