Prices: £35.00 per guest for a six course dinner. Tables of two – six can be booked. If you wish to attend the disco afterwards tickets are £5.00 per person and must be booked at the same time as the table.

Drinks packages: Wine pre-ordered before the 1st December will be offered with a 10% discount.
Champagne at midnight - pre-order a £25.00 per bottle (£35.00 on the night)
Bottles of Port or Brandy – pre-order a £30.00 (charged by measure on the night)
Drinks package for two – bottle of wine person and a bottle of Champagne at Midnight - £37.00

Starters
Foie gras and chicken liver terrine, red onion confit, granary toast
Warm salad of caramelised pear, cashel blue cheese and glazed chestnuts (v) (v)
Main course
Slow roasted fillet of beef Wellington, chateau potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Madeira jus
Salmon and sea bream mousseline, samphire and truffle haricot bean, tarragon butter sauce.
Twice baked “old Sussex” soufflé, roasted root vegetables in sage butter, parsley jus, bay milk. (v)
Dessert
Warm Valhrona chocolate fondant, salt caramel, vanilla ice cream, Pedro ximenez syrup.
Lemon tart, posset cream, seasonal berries
British cheese plate with oatmeal biscuits, spiced barley apple chutney.
