The restaurant is set in two of the most historic rooms of the house - the Panelled Room and the Garden Room, both dating back to the 16th century.
We have six meeting rooms offering capacity for up to 180 delegates; the perfect conference centre in Lewes for hosting meetings and residential conferences. The style of the function rooms is contemporary, with natural daylight and views of the South Downs from most rooms.
