Starters
Confit chicken & tarragon terrine, slow roasted vine tomato bruschetta, confit garlic
Pressed home cured salmon, wood roasted prawns, sorrel, Dijon mustard
Warm baked wild mushroom cocotte, parmesan and porcini salt doughnuts (v)
Mains
Sussex white feathered turkey, goose fat roast potatoes, bacon and cranberry stuffing seasonal vegetables and pan gravy
Cassoulet of salmon, butter beans, potatoes and chorizo sausage, tomato and fennel
Risotto of confit Jerusalem artichokes, chestnut and sage butter, barigoule dressing (v)
Desserts
Cognac steeped Christmas pudding, warm fig compot and custard
Dark chocolate and cherry torte, clotted cream
Treacle tart, brandy Alexander macaroons, coffee syrup
A Cheese course can be added for an additional £6.00 per guest
Tea and Coffee come with mini mince pies
If you and your guests would like to have the choice of the full menu above we will require a pre-order two weeks prior to the event. We also require a table plan along with a place setting with each guest’s menu choice written on the setting.
We are able to help assist with this planning and printing if required.
If you and your guests opt for a set menu, along with a vegetarian option, then no table plan or place setting will be required.
We would need the number of vegetarians confirmed two weeks prior to the event and a list of their names.
