The blend we have selected for our cafetières is Bright Note. Hand roasted by Union - Smooth, naturally sweet with tones of almonds. A union of coffees from Guatemala and Brazil.
Continental Breakfast
Please help yourself to our breakfast buffet, which includes granola and fruit compotes made in house by our dedicated breakfast chef, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, charcuterie, cheese and freshly baked pastries and well as fruit juice.
We will offer you toast with your tea or coffee and on your table are a selection of Tip Tree jams and preserves, as well as Marmite, honey and Flora."

Full English Breakfast – Cured back bacon, local pork sausage, vine tomatoes, organic mushrooms and free range eggs, however you like them
Bubble and Squeak – Grilled bubble and squeak, Portobello mushroom, vine tomatoes and a poached free range egg (v)
Classic Smoked Salmon - Served with scrambled free range eggs on toast
Eggs Benedict - Toasted muffin, gammon ham, soft poached egg and hollandaise
Eggs Royale - Toasted muffin, smoked salmon, soft poached egg and hollandaise
