Occupying the first and second floors most bedrooms overlook our garden and have views of the South Downs.
The Mews Rooms
The newly converted Mews rooms are fresh, comfortable and original, keeping most of the building's features.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a reservation we require 48hrs notice prior to your arrival date. If we receive cancellation in breach of this policy we will automatically charge the card guaranteeing this booking.
Early Departure Policy
If you wish to check out before the departure date you have booked, you will be charged the full price for the first cancelled night and 50% of the price for the remaining nights unless we are able to re-sell the bedroom, in which case this will be refunded.
Car Parking
Pelham House has very limited parking facilities.
Car parking must be pre booked and is charged at £6.50 per day. Subject to availability. Alternative parking can be found at the Station Car Park.
Check In Time
Our check in time is from 15:00, if an earlier time is required please contact us prior to arrival.
We can arrange an early check in from 12 noon for an additional £50.00. Early check in's are limited and must be pre arranged.
